Estate sales are handled on a flat 40% commission with no additional fees. This includes marketing, pricing, preparation, staffing, and sale execution — all completed within approximately one week.
Additional services such as cleanouts, moving, or storage are priced on a job-by-job basis, with clear estimates provided upfront so there are no surprises.
